CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – Detective Rodney Lockerman with the Clarksville Police Department is trying to identify two suspects involved in a robbery at the Kangaroo Express on 1874 Memorial Dr. and is requesting public assistance.

The incident occurred July 29 at 12:45 a.m.

Both suspects are described as black males, one wearing an Obama mask and a black Nike tracksuit with a red stripe on the sleeve and pants and the other wearing a brownish hoodie and bandana over the lower part of his face.

Both were armed with handguns, and the one wearing the Obama mask put his gun up to the clerk’s head. After taking the money, the suspects fled on foot.

There were no reported injuries.
