CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – A wreck near Terminal Road has some lanes of Wilma Rudolph Boulevard shut down.
At 3:30 p.m., only one northbound lane was open, according to emergency dispatch.
Northbound traffic was backed up from Terminal to just past Needmore Road.
