UPDATE: Interstate 24 westbound returns to normal after backup in Clarksville

Update, 3:30 p.m.: Traffic has returned to normal.

Update, 3:20 p.m.: Traffic is clearing but remains backed up around Exit 4.

Previously:

CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – Interstate 24 was backed up in Clarksville Wednesday afternoon.

At 3:10 p.m., westbound traffic was backed up from about Exit 1 almost to Exit 4.
