Update, 7:15 p.m.: Traffic is clear on Tiny Town Road.
Update, 6:35 p.m.: Traffic on Tiny Town Road is clearing, with some remaining backups around the wreck site.
Traffic on Interstate 24 is mostly back to normal, with some lingering slowness eastbound near Exit 8.
Update, 6 p.m.: Eastbound traffic on Interstate 24 is moving again, and is clear from about mile marker 16 on. It remains slow back to about Exit 4.
Update, 5:30 p.m.: Tiny Town Road is reduced to one lane in each direction until the scene can be cleared.
The incident involved a head-on collision and one of the drivers had to be extricated. A total of four vehicles were involved, and the status of the injuries is unknown at this time.

Update, 4:35 p.m.: The Clarksville Police Department is working a crash with injuries on Tiny Town Road and Clearwater Drive. Westbound lanes are shut down, according to CPD spokesman Scott Beaubien.
Traffic is backed up in both directions, between Summerhaven Road and past Barkers Mill Road.
Traffic on Needmore Road is backed up past Cabana Drive.
The public is asked to avoid the area and find alternate routes.
