CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – The Clarksville Police Department is currently investigating a single vehicle crash involving a pedestrian on Wilma Rudolph Boulevard.
The incident occurred at approximately 6:54 p.m., near Center Pointe Drive, according CPD spokesperson Scott Beaubien. The male victim involved in the crash is being flown to Nashville by Life-Flight helicopter and his status is unknown at this time.
The southbound lanes of Wilma Rudolph are not affected, however, there is only one northbound lane open, according to Beaubien. FACT investigators were reported to be en route, and motorists have been urged to seek alternate routes.
