A lifelong Clarksville resident and accomplished business leader, Moore brings extensive experience in entrepreneurship, investment, business development, strategic growth, acquisitions, and philanthropy.
Moore currently serves as CEO of Moore Construction Co., Inc., one of Tennessee’s most respected general contractors with more than 60 years of industry excellence. His entrepreneurial ventures span a variety of sectors including real estate, construction, manufacturing, professional services, technology, engineering, and agriculture.
Notably, as managing partner of Rossview Farms, Moore led the effort to secure Tennessee’s largest-ever Tax Increment Financing (TIF) package of $225 million for Marcelina, a transformative mixed-use development that will serve as a catalyst for regional growth.
A graduate of Austin Peay State University with a bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics, Moore and his wife, Tracey, have been married for 29 years and have two adult children. The family are active members of Hilldale Church of Christ.
Beyond his business accomplishments, Moore is deeply committed to philanthropy. He and Tracey co-founded the Moore Family Foundation, which supports education, healthcare, and services for individuals with special needs. They have also established education endowments and contributed to multiple charitable initiatives. Moore has chaired numerous community campaigns and has served on several boards, including the Association of General Contractors, Clarksville Christian Foundation, Clarksville Christian School, and civic organizations such as Downtown Kiwanis.
