CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – Site plans have been submitted to the Regional Planning Commission for a Tim Hortons coffee shop/bakery at 1445 Fort Campbell Blvd.

According to their website, Tim Hortons was founded as a single location in Canada in 1964, and they now recognize themselves as one of North America’s largest restaurant chains operating in the quick service segment, and they have more than 4,800 restaurants around the world.

The Tim Hortons menu includes premium coffee, hot and cold specialty drinks, fresh baked goods and hot breakfast sandwiches. Their hot and cold specialty drinks include lattes, cappuccinos, espresso, teas and their said-to-be-famous Iced Capps.

According to the site plans submitted to the RPC, the standard building area listed is 3,100 square feet. While 27 parking spaces are required, 28 have been proposed, including two ADA, van-accessible spaces with loading zone.
