CADIZ, Ky. – (CLARKSVILLENOW) Trigg County school officials have confirmed a threat against Trigg County High School.
WHVO reports that Superintendent Travis Hamby sent an automated call to parents Monday regarding a potential threat over the weekend.
“Sunday night, school official were made aware of a potential threat at Trigg County High school.
School officials and law enforcement are cooperating to investigate this matter.
We are continuing to work collaboratively with law enforcement to have an increased presence on our school campus.”

This was the third such incident since January when two students were killed in a shooting at Marshall County High School.
