CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – The Clarksville Police Department is asking for the public’s help finding 66-year-old Thomas Edward Flippin.
Flippin was last seen on Wednesday, Aug. 12, near 135 Commerce St.
He is approximately 6’1″ and weighs about 200 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. He does not have a phone. Flippin has some mental health concerns, and the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has issued a Silver Alert.
