CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – Summer officially begins this weekend, and it’s coming in hot. Literally heatwave-level hot.
On Friday – the official first day of summer – the high will be 89, and Saturday ticks up to 92, and then 94 on Sunday, according to the National Weather Service. But Saturday’s high comes with intense humidity for a heat index of 105 degrees.
On Saturday and Sunday, you’ll want to stay hydrated and limit your time outdoors from 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Stay in a cool place during the heat of the day.
