CLARKSVILLE, TN – Mayor Joe Pitts and Chief Ty Burdine have proudly welcomed six new officers to the Clarksville Police Department family.
Five of the recruits are scheduled to attend the Walters State Regional Law Enforcement Training Academy (RLETA) in July 2026. One of the new hires, Devin Graham, previously served as a CPD patrol officer from May 2023 until January 2025 and has now returned to continue serving the citizens of Clarksville.
Before heading to the academy, all newly hired officers will complete CPD’s comprehensive in-house training program, led by the department’s Training Division.
