A section of the Hereford Farms subdivision is going up for auction, with an opening bid of $5.7 million.
The Montgomery County Clerk and Master has been appointed by the Court to auction the property, which will be sold to the highest bidder, subject to Court approval.
The property consists of 68 preliminarily approved platted residential lots in Hereford Farms Section 6, just south of Madison Street and Old Sango Road. The opening bid will be $5,748,600.
The bidder will be required to remit 10% of the purchase price to the Clerk and Master’s Office within 48 hours of the sale with the remaining balance due within 90 days of the order confirming the sale.

The auction will start Nov. 21 at 10 a.m. with bidding starting at 10:10 am.
