Samaria Syiana-Lee Williams, age 14, passed away Tuesday, April 5, 2022.
Celebration of Life will be held 10 a.m. Saturday, April 16, 2022 at McReynolds-Nave & Larson Funeral Home with Minister Janice Holland and Richard West and officiating. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery.
The family will receive friends on Saturday from 9 a.m. until the hour of service at the funeral home.
Samaria entered this life on August 16, 2007 in San Diego, CA to Donald Terrell Williams and Jasmin Wright Williams. She was a former student of Boone County High School, in Boone County, KY and currently a freshman at Northeast High School.
Samaria enjoyed swimming, drawing, painting, singing, dancing, playing volleyball, and playing a guitar. She was a member of the Northern Kentucky Young Marines. Samaria had a special place in her heart for animals, specifically horses, cats, dogs, and wolves. She leaves behind her two furry four – legged companions, Rascal and Panda.
She is preceded in death by her paternal grandmother, Queen Ella Greene, and maternal grandfather, Schedney Walker.
In addition to her parents, Donald, and Jasmin, she is survived by her brother, Jeremiah Rian Williams; maternal grandparents, Violetta and Roger McKnight; paternal grandparents, Donna Marie Williams, Kenny Wayne Johnson, and Larry Holland. Samaria also leaves behind a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.
Pallbearers will be Allan Wright, Aaron Sutton, Jamal Holland, Jamel Wright, Isaiah Holland, and Habib Ruffin. Honorary pallbearers will be Roger McKnight, Jasper Harvey, Larry Holland, Larry Holland, Jr., Lionel Holland, Melvin Holland, Elder Thomas Holland, William Holland, and Richard West II
