CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – The Rotary Clubs of Clarksville unveiled the first of seven street signs that will be displayed along streets and roads in the city and county letting local citizens and visitors know that Rotary is supporting the community.

Clarksville Rotary, Sunrise Rotary and Sunset Rotary have partnered for the sign effort. The first street sign was placed on Rossview Road near International Boulevard on Thursday, June 10.

“It’s been 104 years coming, but we unveiled a sign that tells you that Clarksville Rotary Clubs are here,” said Clarksville Rotary President Kimberly Wiggins, who thanked the Clarksville Street Department for their support, adding the signs will be placed along high-traffic roadways in the city.

The street signs feature the the Rotary International logo at the top with the names and meeting days and times for each of the three clubs.
