Robert Clyde, son to Eldridge Mosely, Jr., and Rosa Lee Roach Mosley, entered this life one fall Sunday, November 2, 1947, in Clarksville, Montgomery County, Tennessee. His parents preceded him in death.

At an early age, he accepted Christ as his personal Savior and was a member of First Missionary Baptist Church serving in whatever capacity he was needed. His favorite scripture was Psalm 23.

Affectionately called “Fuzz” by friends and loved ones, he was educated in the Montgomery County School System and was a 1965 graduate of the Historic Burt High School. He enjoyed 30 years and four months employment with the Clarksville-Montgomery County School System, serving as a cook in the food service division and later as a janitor ensuring the school buildings were always clean and ready to receive the incoming students.

“Fuzz” loved spending time with family and friends. He never met a stranger and greeted each person with the same jovial spirit. He enjoyed catering, always showed up to family functions with his delicious baked desserts and would give you a beautiful hairdo if you needed or wanted one. He will be sorely missed by all who knew and loved him.

He leaves to cherish precious memories his sisters: Margie Halsey, Hopkinsville, KY, Corrine Mosley, Tekela Mosley and Carnita Brown, all of Clarksville, TN; brothers: James Mosley, Guthrie, KY, Lavern Mosley, Erin, TN and Kent Mosley, Nashville, TN; devoted friend of 50 plus years, Larry Askew, Clarksville, TN and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
