CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – Ariana Prather, the starting point guard for the West Creek Coyotes for the last four years, has decided to play basketball at Roane State Community College, a Division 1 Junior College.

Prather was offered more than 30 scholarships to play at schools ranging from Division 1 to Division 3. After visiting Roane State, meeting the coach, and playing with the team, she thought this would be the best fit. She wanted a small comfortable environment that was competitive, and that’s what Roane State offered.

Approximately 60 people came out to support Ariana during her signing. This included friends, family, and her high school basketball and AAU teammates. Head Coach Monica Boles traveled from Harriman, TN with one of her star players, Haley Cornellison, to welcome Ariana to Raider nation.
