CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – (CLARKSVILLENOW) As part of the Clarksville Downtown Market, Clarksville Parks and Recreation will host a series of pop-up markets throughout the season at McGregor Park on Riverside Drive.
The first pop-up market will be held June 13 from 3:30-6:30 p.m.
The 2018 Clarksville Downtown Market operates every Saturday through October on Public Square, with more than 80 vendors offering fresh produce, baked goods, local honey, milk, home décor, seasonal flowers and entertainment for all ages. Hours are 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
Festivities that offer something for visitors of all ages are planned throughout the market season. They include:
• NEW! Pop-up Markets at McGregor Park — June 13, July 25, Aug. 8 & 22, Sept. 12 & 26
• Veggie Day — June 23
• Pop-up Market at the Mayor’s Summer Night Lights — June 7 & July 11
• Summer Grilling — July 7
• Food Truck Takeover — July 21 & Sept. 22
• Health & Fitness Day — Aug. 4
• Farm to Market Dinner — Aug. 11
• Market Scavenger Hunt — Aug. 25
• College Football Saturday — Sept. 1
• Dog Day — Oct. 6
• Closing Day — Oct. 13
