CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – Detective Channing Bartel of the Clarksville Police Department is searching for two runaway juvenile brothers who have been in foster care in Clarksville for a couple of weeks.
Police say they might be in Clarksville but are probably trying to get to Chattanooga Tennessee. The brothers attempted to run away on October 15 and were found walking down I-24 east at the 6 mile marker. They ran away again on the morning of October 20.
Descriptions:
Steven Swinford is 14 years old, about 5’5”, weighs approximately 110 lbs, with dark brown hair. He has a tattoo of a dog on his upper thigh. He was last seen wearing a red and white striped polo shirt, jeans, and sneakers.
Billy “Coby” McDaniel is 15 years old, about 5’7”, weighsapproximately 115 lbs, and has dark brown/black hair. He was last seen wearing a dark shirt (navy or black), jeans, and sneakers.
