CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – Residents may notice an increased police presence as officers attempt to locate an endangered runaway teenager near Verge Apartments (1523 Nolen Road) in Clarksville Monday evening.
Police are looking for 16-year-old Tai Harrell, who was seen jumping out of a vehicle at the apartment complex and may still be in the area.
He may be armed so residents are warned to be vigilant, lock doors, and call police if you see any suspicious activity in the area.
Officers noted that Harrell’s hair may be shorter than it is in the photos. If you see him, call 911.
According to officials, Harrell initially left his residence in Clarksville on Aug. 7, 2018.
Harrell only recently met the TBI criteria as endangered through coordination with family.
He is described as a black male with black hair and brown eyes. He’s approximately 5-foot-3-inches tall and 120 pounds.
