CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – The Clarksville Police Department is currently investigating a vehicle theft that occurred early Friday morning.
At approximately 5:03 a.m., the victim had gone into the Hiroad gas station located at 2537 Wilma Rudolph Blvd. While inside the business, surveillance cameras captured an unidentified individual arriving on a Mongoose bicycle, who then entered the victim’s car and drove away, according to CPD spokesperson Scott Beaubien.

Police have since located the stolen vehicle, which had been abandoned shortly after being taken. However, the person of interest left the bicycle at the scene of the crime.
