CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – A man was killed when he was hit by a truck on Fort Campbell Boulevard Friday night.
At about 7:15 p.m., a vehicle going north on the highway hit a man near Charlemagne Boulevard, according to Clarksville Police spokesman Officer Scott Beaubien. The pedestrian died at the scene.
Fatal Accident Crash Team investigators were en route to the scene and several lanes of Fort Campbell Boulevard were shut down. There was one lane open in each direction, and motorists are advised to find an alternate route until the scene can be cleared.
