Patti Mincey Bracy, age 68, of Clarksville, died Saturday, March 1, 2014 at her home. She was born in DeKalb County, GA, to the late Robert E. Mincey and Audrey Lyons Griggs.
No services are planned, and Patti’s remains are to be cremated.
Patti is survived by her loving companion, David Biter; four sons, James A. (Jo’an) Kelley, of Griffin, GA, William T. Kelley, of Jackson, GA, Tim M. (Laura) Kelley, of Orlando, FL, and Scooter Bracy, of Clarksville, TN; four sisters, Judi, Travis, Kathy, and Linda; six grandchildren, Leigh (Brandon) Crisp, Johnathan May (Brook Voss), Jeremy (Joy) May, T.J. Kelley, Coral Kelley, and Grant Kelley; and six great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Clarksville-Montgomery County Public Library, 350 Pageant Lane, Clarksville, TN 37040.
