The Plan for Profit workshop is targeted to small business owners and veterans who want clearer numbers, stronger cash flow, and a realistic plan for profits without accounting jargon. Kristen Musson, a Senior Business Advisor for Pathway Lending, will facilitate the class and explain each concept step-by-step, then give attendees time to work through it using their own business numbers with guidance and support throughout the session.
Attendees will also have the opportunity to examine their own business numbers and work through a step-by-step process to develop a personalized plan for increasing profitability and achieving their business goals.
