CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – Parlor Doughnuts, a craft doughnut and coffee concept, is coming to a location on Madison Street in May.

The franchise born in 2019 in Indiana features an array of bakery items, including original “layered” doughnuts; vegan, gluten-friendly, and keto-friendly products; artisanal breakfast treats; and specialty coffee.

“We are thrilled to bring Parlor’s products, brand, and mission to Northern Middle Tennessee – a region that celebrates with delicious comfort food and coffee, and appreciates top-notch customer service,” said Clarksville owners Chris Proctor, Shaun Robertson and Stephen Oaks in a press release.

“One of our key values is to create a place that facilitates conversation and community. Where friends and families of all ages can gather in a vintage American space that feels like the parlor, a conversation center of 1900s Victorian homes, but with a modern twist. Our ownership group is so excited to bring a business to our community that values giving back, including a passion for active military, veterans and first responders,” the owners said.

The Clarksville location, which will be at 1764 Madison St. at the old Expert Tech location next to the former Rudy’s Diner, marks Parlor Doughnuts’ third location in Tennessee. The Clarksville-based ownership group has plans to open an additional six locations across the state, including a second location in Clarksville.

Parlor Doughnuts is actively recruiting for department managers and staff across all four departments – Hospitality, Den, Barista and Kitchen – with plans to hire at least 20 team members.
