Joseph Scott Mills, age 41, of Clarksville, passed away on Saturday, January 12, 2018 at his residence.
The Wendell H. Gilbert Award will go to Dr. Jeannie Beauchamp, and the Spirit of Austin Peay Award will go to Len Rye.
