Noah Eugene Fell, Sr. born August 15, 1951 passed away Thursday, February 27, 2014.
Noah was a loving husband and father.
He is survived by his wife, Elaine Jackson Fell; children, Noah Fell Jr. and Kim Fell Herndon and husband Daniel. Noah is dearly loved and will be greatly missed.
Visitation with family well be at 1 p.m. on Saturday, March 8th at Cumberland City United Methodist Church located at 113 Bradley Street in Cumberland City. A Celebration of Life Service will follow at 2 p.m.
