Formerly known as NIA Association, the organization has officially rebranded as New Purpose, reflecting its continued commitment to empowering people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to live with greater independence, dignity, and purpose.

Founded in 1997, New Purpose has built a strong reputation for providing high-quality residential, employment, behavioral, transportation, family support, and community-based services.

Headquartered in Clarksville, New Purpose remains committed to serving Montgomery County and the surrounding communities. Under the leadership of Heaston, New Purpose has focused on strengthening organizational systems, enhancing service quality, developing strategic community partnerships, and fostering a culture centered on accountability, innovation, and person-centered support.
