MSG Richard Leon Jackson, ARMY (Ret), age 84 of Clarksville, passed away on Tuesday, January 29, 2019 at TN State Veteran’s Home.
He retired from the United States Army after serving for 25 years. Family members will hold a private ceremony at a later date to celebrate his life.
