CLARKSVILLE, TN − Montgomery Central High School celebrated a program-record four state finalists and six total state medalists at the state championships.

“With heavy hearts, we had Immanuel Gilmore on our minds. The team used it as motivation to perform at a high level, wearing tees to honor him and ‘IG190′ stickers on our headgear,” said wrestling coach Derek Levendusky.

On the girl’s side, 100-pound Easton Dadiomoff won a state title and had a perfect 41-0 record as a freshman. She dominated every match, including a 9-0 win in the finals over Centenniel’s Evangeline Monge.

Returning 2x state champ Audrey Levendusky finished in 2nd at 152 and ended her season 37-1. She lost in finals 2-0 to Science Hill’s Sawyer Ward after beating her 4-2 earlier this season. Audrey, a junior, is now a 3x state finalist and 2x state champion. She came back early from a late season severe hand injury to compete in the postseason and made a run all the way to the state finals. She now has 123 career wins as a junior.

138-pound Jocelyn Kolozsy, a senior, had an incredible run to take 3rd place. She had to beat a returning state champ and returning state finalist to do it. Kolozsy lost in the quarters to McGavock’s Halai Cox, who won a state title in 2024, but came all the way back through the consis to face Cox again in the 3rd place match and beat her 3-0 in overtime, the final match of Kolozsy’s career. Kolozsy also had to beat Maryville’s Delilah Queen, who made the finals last season. She finishes her season 48-5 and with 126 career wins.

Senior Audra Buckley did not place but finished her career a 2x state qualifier, a 2023 state medalist, and had 121 career wins.

On the guy’s side, seniors Craig Sudderth (138) and Jeremy Mills (150) finished their careers with an amazing run to the finals. Sudderth lost to Signal Mountain’s now 5x state champion Ethan Uhorchuk in the finals and Mills fell to Soddy Daisy’s Braylan Cosper. Sudderth defeated the #5 and #6 ranked wrestlers in Tennessee to reach the finals, while Mills beat #5 ranked Cory Hatcher to make the big TSSAA stage. Sudderth finishes his career a 2x state medalist (6th in 2024, 2nd in 2025) and Mills finishes his career as a state finalist after going out in the blood round last year. Sudderth’s season record is 47-11 and he ends his career with 104 wins. Mills’ season record is 51-8 and he ends his career with 123 wins.

Freshman 106 Jackson Levendusky also had a remarkable trip to the TSSAA State Championships, finishing in 5th place and defeating the #4 and #5 ranked wrestlers in Tennessee along the way. In the blood round (elimination round before medal rounds), he came from behind to defeat #4 Roman Rodriguez by fall. In the 5th place match, he came from behind again to throw #5 Will Carter and win by fall. Levendusky finishes his freshman campaign 48-8, a regional champion, section champion, and state medalist. He also broke the school record for freshman wins earlier this season.

Central also had two wrestlers reach the blood round (top 8) as Tamarion Johnson and Josh Hodges were both eliminated in close matches in that round.

Coach Levendusky shared a poignant moment from the competition.

“When (Signal Mountain’s) Ethan Uhorchuk won his fifth state title over Craig in the finals, he came up to shake my hand, as is customary in wrestling, and with the crowd cheering him he asked me, ‘Are you Immanuel’s coach?’ I told him yes, and he said, ‘We’re praying for him and hope he gets better.’ I thought that was amazing for Uhorchuk, in that moment, to be thinking about our wrestler, and not himself. Very cool and touching moment.”
