CLARKSVILLE, TN – The Montgomery County Health Department has announced its first Healthy Harvest Baby Bash, a free family event dedicated to supporting parents, expectant parents, grandparents raising grandchildren, and anyone thinking about growing their family. The event will be held on Sept. 24, from 4-6 p.m. at the William O. Beech Civic Hall, 350 Pageant Lane, Suite 201.
Hosted by the Montgomery County Health Department, in partnership with WIC (Women Infants and Children) and CHANT (Community Health Access Navigation in Tennessee), the Healthy Harvest Baby Bash invites the community to come celebrate all our “little pumpkins” in a festive, fall themed celebration.
“This is my first time hosting a Baby Bash in my new position, but I am so excited to start this tradition and to have the opportunity to connect more families with resources.” Renee Bruens started working as a Public Health Educator with the Health Department at the beginning of this year.
Attendees can look forward to music, food, door prizes and over 30 vendors offering giveaways and essential family resources. Many vendors have signed up, including:
