Matthew Allen Bouslog, of Clarksville, TN, passed away on September 5, 2024, at the age of 47.
Matthew was born December 4, 1976, in Tipton, IN, to Michael Bouslog and Julie Jackson.
Along with his parents, Matthew is survived by his brother, Ray (Deann) Bouslog; nieces, Makenzie and Zoey Bouslog; and many extended family members and friends.
A memorial service will be held at 3:00 PM on Saturday, September 14, 2024, at Mt. Hermon Baptist Church, 2204 Jarrell Ridge Rd., Clarksville, TN 37043, with Rev. John Richardson officiating. Visitation will take place from 1:00 PM until the hour of service at the church.
