Margaret Ann Proctor, age 66 of Clarksville, passed away on Sunday, June 25, 2017 at Vanderbilt Medical Center.
Memorial service will be Friday, June 30, 2017 at Sykes Funeral Home at 2:00pm. The family will receive friends on Friday, June 30, 2017 from 11:00am to 2:00pm at Sykes Funeral Home.
She was born on November 3, 1950 in New Kensington, PA to James Holmes and Janet Holmes.
In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her brother Daniel Holmes and sister Lenore Duncan.
She is survived by her daughters, Heather (Bruce) Walker, and Fredda (Scott) Adelle; niece, Janelle (Paul) Ferrier, grandchildren Macey, Mallory and Bennett Milliken, Ashley and Tyler Adelle; great-nieces Autumn, Emily and Leah Ferrier.
