CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – Special Agents from the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) have obtained indictments for a Clarksville man in a child pornography case.

TBI Agents began investigating 32-year-old Cecil Roy Kendall on August 17, 2014 as part of an investigation to identify subjects in Tennessee sharing child pornography on peer-to-peer networks.

Agents discovered that Kendall possessed and transmitted child pornography on his home computer.

A Montgomery County Grand Jury returned indictments for Kendall on April 6, charging him with three counts of Sexual Exploitation of a Minor.

On Wednesday, the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office arrested Kendall and booked him into the Montgomery County Jail, where he was being held on $15,000 bond.
