CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – A pedestrian was hit by a vehicle on Fort Campbell Boulevard Friday night.
At about 8:20 p.m., Clarksville Police responded to a vehicle vs. pedestrian crash in the area of 1680 Fort Campbell Blvd., according to CPD spokesman Scott Beaubien. The man who was hit was being flown to Nashville by LifeFlight helicopter.
The southbound lanes were shut down. Motorists are asked to avoid the area and seek alternate routes while investigators process the scene and the roadway is cleared.
