Updated, 5:25 p.m.: At 4:29 p.m., the barricaded suspect was taken into custody without incident. After prolonged negotiations, officers used the public announcement system to communicate with him, ultimately persuading him to surrender peacefully, Beaubien said.
The suspect has multiple outstanding warrants, including one for probation violation.

CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – Police were negotiating with a man barricaded in a house off Peachers Mill Road Sunday afternoon.
At 12:46 p.m., Clarksville Police received a 911 call reporting an unwanted guest in the 1000 block of Roedeer Drive. The homeowner, feeling uncomfortable with the individual’s presence, left the home and called for police assistance, according to police spokesman Officer Scott Beaubien.
Officers are currently on the scene, negotiating with the man and urging him to exit the home. Roedeer is shut down in front of the residence.
