Mamie Mae Steward age 70 of Clarksville died Wednesday, July 3, 2013 at Gateway Medical Center.
The funeral service is scheduled for 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 9, 2013 at St. James Missionary Baptist Church in Cedar Hill, TN. Burial will be at Rest Lawn Cemetery Cedar Hill, TN.
Visitation will be Monday, July 8, 2013, from 12:00 noon to 8:00 p.m. with the family present from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at Foston Funeral Home.
She was born September 19, 1942 to the late George and Eva Washington Barbee in Cedar Hill, TN.
She graduated from Bransford High School Class of 1961. She was a member of St. James Missionary Baptist Church and she worked at Grace Nusring Home.
She is preceeded in death by her sister Barbara J. Barbee and brother J.W. Barbee.
She leaves to cherish her memory son Thomas (Kimberly) Barbee Norwalk, OH; five grandchildren and five great grand children; sisters Minnie Jean Mosley Clarksville, TN and Linda R. Woodson Springfield, TN;brothers George (Josephine) Barbee and William (Brenda) Babree both of Springfield, TN;aunt Modean Roscoe Indianapolis, IN and a host of family and friends.
