CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – (CLARKSVILLENOW) The Loaves & Fishes “Jingle Bell food Drive” continues with the Jingle Bell Food Truck parked at three food stores this weekend.
On Saturday, December 8 from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m., Loaves & Fishes will be at at Hilltop Supermarket 400 Hwy 149, Food Lion 1764 Hwy 48, and Walmart 2315 Madison St. As you do your holiday shopping, remember those who are hungry and homeless in our community.
Canned, bottled, or boxed goods, soup, pasta, and salad dressings of all varieties are being accepted. Along with food, things like paper towels, trash bags, soap, detergent and other household items are very useful.
Loaves & Fishes will pick up your donations or you can drop them off at 215 Foster St. at the First Presbyterian Church Activities and Outreach Center from 8 a.m.-noon Monday-Saturday. If you prefer, monetary donations can also be made which helps the mission of Loaves & Fishes.
