CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. – (CLARKSVILLENOW) The Annual Loaves and Fishes Jingle Bell Food Drive is going on now through Christmas. Loaves and Fishes is asking for the community’s help to stock their shelves with food this holiday season.

Loaves and Fishes has been helping those in need and feeding the hungry in Clarksville-Montgomery County for 33 years. They serve a mid-day meal six days a week which equals to around 50,000 meals per year.

Susan Chapman, Executive Director of Loaves and Fishes talked about the food drive. “We need churches, businesses, schools, civic organizations and individuals to say yes and make the Loaves and Fishes Jingle Bell Food Drive ring loudly this Christmas season, and with your help this can be done,” she said.

Loaves and Fishes will be happy to pick up your food donations, or you can bring them to Loaves and Fishes at 215 Foster Street across from First Presbyterian Church, Monday-Saturday from 8:30 a.m.–12:00 p.m.
