CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (CLARKSVILLENOW) – Loaves and Fishes in Clarksville has announced their 5th annual “Jingle Bell Food Drive” for the holiday season. The food drive continues through December.
Churches, businesses, schools, civic groups as well as individuals are asked to organize their own food drives to collect food and other items which will help feed the over 200 people Loaves and Fishes serves each day Monday through Saturday.
Large size canned, bottled or boxed goods of all varieties are being accepted. Hams, turkeys, ground beef, and chicken can be donated. Along with food, things like paper towels, soap, detergent and large garbage bags are also being accepted.
The final donation drive event will be held Saturday, Dec. 16 at the St. Bethlehem Walmart and Gordon’s Food Service from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Donations can be dropped off at the Loaves and Fishes Kitchen, 215 Foster Street, from 8:00 a.m.-1 p.m. Monday-Saturday or call to arrange delivery 931-645-9020 or info@loavesandfishestn.org. Watch for the Loaves & Fishes Jingle Bell Food Truck on Saturdays during November and December between 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. at local businesses to make your food donations.
