While graduating seniors may not be able to walk across the stage this year, several organizations and businesses have stepped up to celebrate their hard work in the classroom. One such business is Krispy Kreme, who will be giving away donuts to high school seniors on Tuesday, May 19.

“We feel for all of the high school and college seniors. We wish they had that moment of walking across the stage and getting their diploma,” said Dave Skena, Chief Marketing Officer for Krispy Kreme in a press release. “We can’t replace that … but we thought we could help them safely have a little fun and enjoy a special ‘Graduate Dozen’ on us. Moms, dads, friends and family can buy this ‘Graduate Dozen’ all week long to honor their favorite graduates, but only seniors can get one for free.”

In order to receive a free Graduate Dozen, seniors can show up to their local Krispy Kreme by wearing or bringing in one of the following items:

  • A cap and gown with a 2020 tassel
  • A class of 2020 t-shirt, sweatshirt, letterman jacket, etc
  • A 2020 class ring.
  • A graduation announcement.
  • A student ID featuring senior status.
  • Other class of 2020 paraphernalia

Krispy Kreme’s Graduate Dozen will be available from May 18-24 at participating locations and includes a variety of chocolate iced kreme filled, strawberry iced kreme filled, cake batter filled, chocolate iced with sprinkles, strawberry iced with sprinkles, and yellow iced original glazed doughnuts.
