LOUISVILLE, Ky. (CLARKSVILLENOW) — An armored truck driver in Kentucky is wanted for allegedly fleeing with a large amount of cash taken from the truck while he was working.

According to the FBI, on December 5, 2018, 29-year-old Mark Nicholas Espinosa was working as an armored truck driver near the Jefferson Mall, located at 4801 Outer Loop in Louisville, Kentucky. Espinosa and the money from the armored truck are now missing.

FBI’s Louisville Field Office and the Louisville Metro Police Department believe Espinosa was directly involved in the theft.

On December 10, 2018, a federal arrest warrant was issued for Espinosa by the United States District Court for the Western District of Kentucky, Louisville, Kentucky, after he was charged with theft from interstate shipment. Espinosa has now been added to the FBI’s Most Wanted Fugitives list.

The FBI is offering a $10,000 reward and the armored truck company, Garda World, is offering a $50,000 reward.

Espinosa is 5 feet 10 inches and weighs around 230 pounds, has a large scar on his right arm from his shoulder to his elbow, and has a scar on one shoulder. He should be considered armed and dangerous.
