CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – Joshua Beal has announced his campaign for re-election to continue representing District 14 on the Montgomery County Commission.

“This role has never been about politics for me,” Beal said. “It’s about doing the work, being accountable, and earning trust over time. District 14 deserves leadership that’s present, experienced, and ready to lead from day one – not learning curves, partisan talking points or political agendas.”

Beal has lived in District 14 for almost 15 years. During his time on the County Commission, Beal has served on numerous county committees, including as chair for several of them, helping guide policy, budgets, and operational oversight affecting District 14 residents. He has also served on multiple local nonprofit boards.

Beal holds degrees in Business and Accounting, is a 2017 graduate of Leadership CMCSS, a 2018 graduate of Leadership Clarksville, and has earned the designation of Certified Public Administrator from the University of Tennessee Institute for Public Service.

As the campaign moves forward, Beal said he will remain visible, accessible and accountable to the people of District 14. “The work doesn’t pause for election season,” Beal said. “I remain focused on serving District 14 every day and earning the confidence of voters once again.”

Voters in District 14 will see Beal on the Aug. 6 ballot, with early voting from July 17 to Aug. 1. For more information and updates, follow Beal on Facebook and Instagram @JoshuaBealTN.
