Scotty Bowen is wanted by Christian County on failure to appear for sentencing for a jury trial underlying charges of first degree sexual abuse (the victim was 12 years old) and intimidating a witness.
Bowen was apprehended by officials in the woods in Lower Standing Rock. Deputies had searched for him yesterday afternoon and for approximately three hours this morning before locating him.
Bowen was dressed in camouflage. He had a backpack, weapons and camping supplies.
