CLARKSVILLE, TN – Jason and Rhonda Halbert, aka R.J. Halbert, are the authors of the best-selling, award-winning supernatural suspense thriller Caretaker and the upcoming second book of a series, Servant. They have a book signing coming up this month in Clarksville.

Servant is the follow-up to their nine-time award-winning, No. 1 Amazon debut novel Caretaker. Servant has already been praised by BookLife for its “riveting atmosphere … creeping symbols, blurred visions, and the dread of a family being hollowed out by forces they can’t explain,” calling it a “moody, unsettling thriller that thrives on family tension and ‘blends domestic suspense with supernatural undertones as a family’s unfolding grief collides with an ancient curse.’”

Together the Halberts have woven their 32-plus years of life together into a riveting story, based somewhat on truth and experience from their own journey that deeply influenced how they approached Servant. The event will be 3 p.m. on Nov. 30 at the Clarksville Book Shop, 39000 Hollingwood Blvd., Suite D.
