Ingeborg Mancini Perkins, age 81, of Clarksville, passed away Monday, December 24, 2018, at Tennova Healthcare.
Ingeborg was born April 5, 1937, in Germany, to the late Karl Koerber and Clementine Albert Koerber. She was also preceded in death by her first husband, Joseph P. Mancini; and one granddaughter, Natalie Josephine Welch.
Mrs. Perkins worked at Jostens and was an active member of the Edelweiss Club of Clarksville.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held Sunday, December 30, at 1:00 PM, at the Chapel of Neal-Tarpley-Parchman Funeral Home, with Rev. Laurie Hynson officiating. Visitation will be held Sunday, December 30, from 11:00 AM until the hour of service, at the funeral home.
Ingeborg is survived by her husband, Robert Perkins; two daughters, Margie M. (Mike) West of Kingston Springs, TN and Jenny M. Welch of Clarksville; three grandchildren, Darcie Crass, Jake Anthony (Mary) Welch, and Nicole M. Welch; and two great grandchildren, Corrine Natalie Welch and Rhett Mark Welch.
