CLARKSVILLE, Tenn. (ESPN CLARKSVILLE) – The Indiana Pacers announced Thursday they have signed Alex Poythress, according to NBA.com.
Per team policy, terms were not revealed.
Poythress started out his basketball career at Northeast High School in Clarksville. After his high school career, he moved on to play for the basketball powerhouse Kentucky.
At the end of this year’s NBA regular season Poythress was on the Philadelphia 76ers roster.
Over the summer Poythress returned to Clarksville to host a youth basketball skills camp.
