CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – Man O War Blvd was closed Saturday evening as crews responded to a fire which led to the displacement of two people and the death of one pet.
Clarksville Fire Rescue responded to a fire at 3868 Man O War Blvd at 6:59 p.m. according to firefighter Chief Michael Rios. The cause of the blaze is unknown at this time.
The fire has been put out and, while there were no injuries to the house’s two human residents, the home suffered severe damage and one pet was killed in the fire.
The Red Cross is currently on the way to provide assistance to the family.
