CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – The high school basketball postseason has entered the regional quarterfinals, where a number of Clarksville area teams will battle in win or go home games.

With how competitive teams have played against one another up to this point in the 2023-24 season, it will be interesting to see if the favorites reign supreme, or if the underdogs shock the city.

Girls’ basketball schedule

The high school girls’ basketball regional quarterfinals will take place Friday, Feb. 23, at 7 p.m., and the higher seed will host each game. Here is each matchup to keep an eye on for teams in district 13-4A and district 14-4A.

  • (4) West Creek Coyotes @ (1) Clarksville High Wildcats.
  • (3) Northwest High Vikings @ (2) Rossview High Hawks.
  • (3) Springfield Yellow Jackets @ (2) Dickson County Cougars.
  • (4) Kirkwood Cobras @ (1) Henry County Patriots.

Following the regional quarterfinals on Friday, the regional semifinals will be played next on Monday, Feb. 26 at Northwest High. Here’s the possible matchups:

  • Winner of West Creek/ Clarksville High vs. winner of Springfield High/ Dickson County.
  • Winner of Rossview/ Northwest vs. winner of Kirkwood/ Henry County.

Meanwhile, the regional championship game will then be played on Wednesday, Feb. 28, at 7 p.m.

Boys’ basketball schedule:

The high school boys’ basketball regional quarter finals will take place Saturday, Feb. 24, at 7 p.m., and the higher seed will host each game. Here is each matchup to keep an eye on for teams in district 13-4A and district 14-4A.

  • (3) Clarksville High Wildcats @ (2) Kenwood High Knights.

Following the regional quarterfinals on Saturday, the regional semifinals will be played next on Tuesday, Feb. 27 at Northwest High. Here’s the possible matchups:

  • Winner of Springfield/ West Creek vs. Dickson County/ Kirkwood
  • Winner of Northwest/Rossview vs. Kenwood/ Clarksville High

Finally, the regional championship will be played Thursday, Feb. 29, at 7 p.m.
