CLARKSVILLE, TN (CLARKSVILLE NOW) – Legends Smokehouse & Grill is moving to Riverside Drive, having recently purchased the original home of G’s Pancake House.
Owners Kevin and Yvette Smith made the announcement via the Legends Smokehouse Facebook page on Tuesday. While the couple said there is a lot of work to do before opening, they hope to welcome guests by early June.
“We’ve gone from tent to trailer to truck to sharing a building to our own building,” Kevin said while painting his new dining room. “We’ve been here since (in Clarksville) 2005 and love it here. We just want to continue to grow here. This is home.”
The Smiths said since their announcement they have been overwhelmed by congratulations and support.
Yvette said she was especially excited for the return of Legends’ “secret menu,” which pops up from time to time on their Instagram. The secret menu includes favorites like the Sweet Mess, a burger made with cinnamon roll buns, and the side chick burger.
The Legends trailer will remain in action. The Smiths hope to park the truck out front during renovations and serve barbeque from the parking lot of their new home.
