CLARKSVILLE, Tenn.- (CLARKSVILLENOW) The ESPN Clarksville Culver’s athlete of the week is Rossview High School quarterback Gino Avros.
In the Hawks week four win over Northeast, Avros was 5-7 for 44 yards and 1 touchdown in the air and 123 yards on 26 carries on the ground. Gino also works hard in the classroom. He currently has a 3.9 GPA.
“Gino played great against Northeast and came into the game with poise and confidence. The players believe in him and he lead them to a great second half performance. Gino is a senior and will do whatever it takes for the team, “said Rossview head coach Todd Hood.
